Firstly, I would like to thank all the friends here to offer your kind help to no matter anyone who is in need of help. few days ago, I encountered a great great problem, due to my miss and my customers' miss also, the destination port Inspection department will detain our consignment and won't release to my customer. at this time, my customer started to complain that it is all because of the miss from our end that the inspection department will confiscate our goods once he found my faulse shown on the products after his miss that had already resulted the insepction dept. decided to detain our goods. In such circumstance, I have no way but to quietly listen to his complain and at the same time, start to contact with the inspection department officers and ask his kind cooperative to help me convince the inspection department and offer all the related documents. It is really a long story to me in respect of my feelings these days because of my unsufficient spoken english, i urgently awaiting the emai reply from them, however, their replies seems always late, but at the same time, give me great hope, cause I thought, only if they are willing to keep contact with me, then I will do my best to offer all information I could to sovle the problem. and I had made made many message here to seek help and advices and suggestion. with the friends nearly 90 replies, I got more confidence and suggestion. and I keep calling them after sending them emails but received no reply. finally, they have informed me that will release our consignment today. I am happy and can't wait to inform and share this with all the friends here. and I would like to say, in this course, my continous strive really helped the outcome in spite of offering right information as per their requests. Therefore, I want to say you may face problems on the road of foreign trade business, however, do you best to treat it, deal with it, you might win!
